While I wait for my meeting to start… these are in no particular order.

1. Genesis The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway – The pinnacle of Gabriel era Genesis.

2. Emerson, Lake & Palmer In Concert – not the King Biscuit one…. Take an entire philharmonic orchestra with you on tour? Awesome. The first band I ever got into and the first album I ever bought.

3. ELP Brain Salad Surgery – My second album and still one of my favorites

4. Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon

5. Pink Floyd Meddle – I could listen to Echoes just about any time

6. Genesis Trespass – “Tell me my life is about to begin. Tell me that I’m a hero.”

7. Queen A Night at the Opera – Freddie Mercury’s death was an amazing loss.

8. Grateful Dead One From the Vault – The Dead were a live band – no studio album could do them justice, and this is just a phenomenal show.

9. King Crimson In The Court of the Crimson King – One of the penultimate progressive rock albums every recorded. “Tuning a mellotron doesn’t.” (Amusing that my spell check doesn’t know what a mellotron is…)

10. The Doors – Just an amazing sound with amazing poetry.
